Chee z bacon and potato soup
small size velveeta cheese, cubed
1peel and cube potatoes into small chunks, do the same with the celery and onion. Place into large size pan, add enough water to cover about 1 inch above the veggies... boil till tender.. watch..
2while the veggies are cooking, place bacon slices in a frying pan and cook till crisp... drain let cool, and chunk into tiny pieces.
3once veggies are cooked, pour off about 1/2 of the remaining water... add the bacon, cheese cubes, and cans of milk... heat till very warm, but not hot to scorch the milk.. Enjoy!
