cheddar cheese soup
milk (use the empty soup cans)
cream of broccoli soup
chicken broth (use the empty soupp can)
broccoli- chopped up in the food processor & par-cooked (i used fresh but you could use frozen)
1In crock-pot or your favorite soup pot, whisk together soups, milk & broth until smooth. Add shredded carrot and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is soft, I cooked mine in the crock-pot on high for about 2 hours then turned it down to warm until we were ready for dinner. Top with a little shredded cheddar and fresh bread, enjoy!
