This is my youngest daughter's FAVORITE comfort food! We like things a bit spicy in our house so I always use hot sausage and add fresh chopped jalapenos.

1 lbpork sausage

1 smonion

2 clovegarlic

4 cmilk

2 cancream of chicken soup

2 canyellow and white corn

2 canrotel

1 cangreen chile

2 cmonterey jack cheese
How To Make shelby's tex-mex chowder

1Cook sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is no longer pink. Drain Fat from Pan.

2Stir in Milk, cream of chicken soup, corn, Rotel, Green Chiles. Bring to a Boil. Reduce heat and simmer (stirring frequently) Uncovered for 20 minutes.

3Right before serving add the shredded Cheese. Enjoy!!
