- minced clams
- 1 c
- 1 tsp
1Cook bacon, drain on paper towels and reserve drippings.
2Saute onion in reserved drippings until tender.
4Combine potato, water, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
5Stir in clams, milk, butter and onion.
7Sprinkle crumbled bacon over each serving.
