  Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with silpat liner or foil. If using foil, spray with cooking spray. In a large bowl, add chex mix, pecans & crumbled bacon. Set aside.

  In medium saucepan, add brown sugar, butter & corn syrup, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from ehat. Cool 2 minutes. Carefully stir in bourbon & chili powder; mix to combine. Pour over snack mixture; toss gently to coat.

  Spread snack mixture on pans & bake 15 minutes; stirring every 5 minutes, to caramelize mixture. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store covered in refrigerator.
