Method:
Stove Top

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 can(s)
chili beans
1 can(s)
kidney beans (optional)
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1/4 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
cumin
2 qt
canned tomatos, pureed (optional) you can leave them whole
1
can or pint of corn(optional)

Step-By-Step

1Drain and puree tomatoes, put all ingredients in large pot (do not cook the ground beef first) If you like more spice, you can add some crushed red pepper.
2Bring to a low boil, turn heat to simmer for about an hour. I usually thicken about 10-15 minutes before serving. I use cornstarch, about 2tbsp, you can use more or less, too your liking
3It's ready, makes excellent chili mac if you want to cook noodles or is great by itself
I always add a pint of corn, it really is awesome. But that's totally up to you.
You can also add things like corn, green peppers, if you want more veggies, add some shredded carrots, or zucchini
