1 - 15 oz canpeas

1 mdavocado, mashed

1/4 cgreek yogurt, plain

4 tsplime juice
-
1 clovegalic, minced
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1/8 tspcumin
-
1/8 tspchili powder
-
1/3 cgrape or cherry tomatoes, chopped

1/4 conion, finely chopped
-
1 tspcilantro, dried (optional)
-
1 tspjalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)
How To Make hg holy moly guacamole

1Place peas in a medium bowl & mash thoroughly with a potato masher or fork. (Or puree peas in a small blender or food processor & transfer to a medium bowl.) Add avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 black pepper, cumin & chile powder. Continue to mash until blended.

2Stir in tomatoes, onion & some cilantro &/or jalapenos, if using. Season with additional salt & pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
