Ingredients

2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 large
onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 small
green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp
garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, minced)
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
ground cumiin
2 1/2 c
v8 vegetable juice
1 can(s)
black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can(s)
pinto beans, rinsed and drained

Directions Step-By-Step

In large saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and cumin and cook until vegetables are tender.

Add vegetable juice. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Add beans and heat through.
