This chili is lip smacking good, colorful, and not overly spicy. When a friend of ours gave us this recipe we thought hummmmm, but when we put it all together, we were very pleased. For those with a taste for fire, you can always add chili powder or other hot spices. But we really enjoyed the recipe as is.

Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
2 clove
garlic
1 medium
onion (chopped)
1
green bell pepper (chopped)
16 oz
can chili beans (undrained)
14 1/2 oz
can diced tomatoes (undrained)
14 3/4 oz
can cream style corn
14 oz
spaghetti sauce
1
envelope taco seasoning
1/4 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

In a skillet, cook beef, garlic and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain

In a crockpot add the chili beans, corn, tomatoes, green bell pepper, spaghetti sauce, taco seasoning, pepper and meat mixture.

Cook on medium temp in crockpot for 3 or 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
