Chili Cheese Dip/Spread

- 1 c
- sour cream
- 8 oz
- (1 block) cream cheese
- 15 oz can(s)
- hormel chili
- shredded cheese (to taste)
Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix sour cream and cream cheese.
Spread into bottom of 9x9 – 9x13 pan.
Top with chili, then cheese.
Warm in oven till shredded cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
Either regular or low fat cream cheese work well.
I use chili with NO beans, but I'm sure w/beans would work great too.
Cheddar or Mexi-blend or whatever you like. Add a little, add a lot, it's all good - and gooey!! :o)
