Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 large
onion, chopped
3 clove
garlic, chopped finely
3 medium
jalapeno peppers, diced finely
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste
1 can(s)
tomato sauce (15 ounces)
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 can(s)
soup can of water
2 can(s)
red beans (16 oz), drained
2 can(s)
red kidney beans (16 oz)
1 qt
tomatoes (diced)

Step-By-Step

1Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic seasoned with the salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
2Add the tomato sauce, tomato soup, water, red beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers.
3Stir. Cook slowly - the longer the better - but at least 3 to 4 hours. As it is cooking, make sure to degrease.
4Enjoy - with your choice of crackers. I also like to add chopped raw onions and shredded cheddar cheese to my bowl - yummy!
