Ingredients

boneless chicken breasts, boiled

medium onion, chopped
2 c
reserved chicken broth
38 oz
canned white kidney beans (drained)
2 small
cans chopped green chiles
3 Tbsp
sour cream
2 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
oregano
2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
cilantro
1/4 tsp
ground red pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
2Saute chopped onion in small amount of oil.
3Add chicken and onion to chicken broth.
4Add chiles and all seasonings.
5Cook on low heat 15-20 minutes.
6Stir in kidney beans and sour cream.
7Continue cooking another 10 minutes.
8Serve topped with shredded monterey jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
