leftover broth from boiled chicken
Usually before I bake my chicken. I give it a good boil in a stock pot. So it will un-thaw and I can save broth that away for preservation.
A good tip on preserving the broth is freezing it in ice trays and then placing them in zip lock bags. Each cube is an equivalent of 1 ounce.
Before you freeze it. You can add some spices to the stock pot and give it another good boil and then freeze.
