This Recipe is super easy and taste great! Left over roasted chicken one Sunday is how this came to be. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and friends do.

Ingredients

1 large
roasted chicken - the ones from your grocery store work great!
1 bag(s)
peas and carrots, frozen
2 Lg can(s)
chicken broth
1 bag(s)
essenhaus homestyle noodles (dumpling)
2
chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1 Tbsp
sunny spain spice ( from penzeys spices co.)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In lg. stock pot, add chicken broth and bouillon cubes. Bring to simmer. Remove all chicken from the bone. Place in pot. Add peas and carrots, parsley flakes and spices.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat and add noodles. Cook additional 20 min for noodles to be tender.
