My daughter came home from school for spring break with a cold. I wanted to make her a quick chicken noodle soup. This one is quick and easy but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen!

Ingredients

32 oz
box chicken broth
1/2 c
carrots, chopped
1/2
onion, chopped
2
celery stalks, chopped
small
bag of egg noodles
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup, fat-free
2 c
cooked chicken, cubed (i bought a roasted chicken from the store and used that)
1 pt
fat-free half and half
1 pkg
dry ranch seasoning mix

Step-By-Step

1Bring chicken broth, carrots, onions and celery to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook in the broth until noodles are tender.
2Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken, half and half, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.
