chicken, cooked and removed from bones

chicken stock

onion,chopped

celery, chopped

butter
1/2 c
flour

milk
1/4 tsp
dried thyme, marjoram, and chives
1/8 tsp
nutmeg
3/4 c
minute rice
1/2 tsp
tumeric
salt and pepper, chopped parsley

can chicken can be used instead of cooking a chicken.

Directions Step-By-Step

To broth, add everything except flour, milk, butter,and chicken. Bring to boil and cook till tender.

Make white sauce of flour, butter and milk. Cook.till.thick.

Add to vegetables. Add chicken. Cook.til thick.
Can use canned broth and canned chicken.
