I just threw stuff in the crock pot today to see what came out. Pretty tasty!

Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
chicken breast cutlet, cubed
8 oz
mushrooms, sliced
1 small
onion, cut half-wise then sliced
2 c
chicken stock
1/2 c
rice (i used brown rice, my preference, but you can use white or basmati)
3 oz
pkg of cream cheese
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

throw it all (except rice) in the slow-cooker, set it on high for 6hrs. At about the 5hr mark, stir and add rice.
