My family loves this soup. We make it several times during the fall and winter months.

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef (your choice of lean)
1 large
onion (chopped)
1
green pepper (chopped)
1
envelope taco seasoning
1
envelope ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 qt
tomatoes
2 can(s)
pinto beans, pork removed
2 can(s)
whole kernel corn, drained
1 can(s)
kidney or black beans
1 can(s)
green chilies
garlic powder and black pepper to taste
4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Cook meat, onion and pepper together and drain.
2Mix all ingredients together in extra large pot.
3Bring to boil and cook on simmer for 30 minutes.
4Ready to serve.
5Can garnish with tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream or other toppings you may desire.
