Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef browned
1 can(s)
tomato sauce 28 oz
1 can(s)
diced tomatos 28 oz
2 c
cooked white rice
2 1/2 c
chopped green peppers (or red and green)

beef bouillon, cubes
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Add all ingredients into a pot EXCEPT meat and rice mix
Add beef and rice, cover and simmer until peppers are tender about 30 minutes.

For a thicker soup adjust amount of rice.
This is really good with some crusty bread in the fall or winter. It is so easy to make and freezes really well.
