Stuffed Pepper Soup
STUFFED PEPPER SOUP
can of tomatoe sauce
can of diced tomatoes
beef bouillion cubes
packed brown sugar
cooked white rice
1In a Dutch oven brown beef over med. high heat.Drain off any fat.Add the peppers to the browned meat and saute for 3 minutes.Stir in the tomatoe sauce,diced tomatoes with juice,bouillon cubes,brown sugar,salt & pepper and soy sauce.Reduce heat to low,cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.Stir in rice and heat through.

OMG.......I'm in love with stuffed peppers, so I am SO going to have to try this soup......Putting the ingrediants on the list for my shopping day on Friday........Does anyone know if this soup is freezable or not? Would love to be able to add it to my "Winter Freezables" list for quick 5 minute "lazy day" meals!!!
