Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef

onion, chopped

carrots, peeled and chopped

celery stalks, chopped
2-28oz can(s)
diced tomatoes, undrained
16 oz can(s)
red kidney beans, drained
16 oz can(s)
white kidney beans, drained
30 oz
beef stock
3 tsp
oregano
2 tsp
pepper
5 tsp
parsley
20 oz jar(s)
spaghetti sauce (i used pasta house brand)
8 oz
pasta, rotini

Step-By-Step

1Brown beef in a skillet.
2Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with everything except pasta.
3Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
4During last 30 minutes on high or 1 hour on low, add pasta.
