mixed vegetables, frozen
1-2 pt
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp
cumin
1 large
garlic clove
1-2 large
potatoes
1 large
onion

Step-By-Step

1ADD MEAT,GARLIC,CUMIN,POTATOES SALT & PEPPER,ONION, FROZEN MIXED VEGGIES. ADD WATER IN THE CROCK POT TO AN INCH FROM THE TOP.
MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CUT IN QUARTERS OR IN HALF.
ALSO IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN CUT THE BEEF STEW MEAT INTO SMALLER PIECES.
