    bacon, cut in cubes
  • 200 g
    onions, cut in pieces
  • 10 g
    parsley, leaves only
  • 800 g
    beef neck, cut in 3 cm pieces
  • 150 g
    red wine
  • 2
    cloves
  • 50 g
    tomato paste
  • 50 g
    gravy
  • 300 g
    beef stock
  • 0.5 tsp
    salt
  • 0.5 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 200 tsp
    sliced mushrooms
  • 200 g
    sliced carrots

How To Make boeuf bourguignon

    Place oil and bacon into mixing bowl. Press control knob and saute 5 mins/120°C/speed 2.

    Add onion into mixing bowl. Press control knob and saute 5 mins/150°C/speed 2.

    Add parsley, beef neck, red wine, cloves , tomato paste, gravy, beef stock, salt and black pepper into mixing bowl. Press control knob and cook 90 mins/95°C/reverse speed 1.5.

    Add mushrooms and carrots into mixing bowl. Press control knob and cook 60 mins/95°C/reverse speed 1.5.
