Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg
frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg
ramen noodle, beef
1 can(s)
tomatoe juice, at least 48oz (i use 64oz)
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix

Step-By-Step

1Brown beef and drain. Place in a large soup pot. Break up the Ramen noodles and add to the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients (including the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles).
2Let simmer for 20-30 minutes. If it gets too thick, I just add water to thin it down to desired consistency.
