I found this recipe on the back of a bog of noodles and gave it a try. Boy am I glad I did, it's delicious.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
cubed beef stew meat

medium onions, chopped
1/4 c
cooking oil
15 c
water
5 Tbsp
instant beef bouillon

bay leaves
1 tsp
marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp
pepper
1
28 oz. can tomatoes, broken up, drained
2 c
sliced carrots
2 c
sliced celery
1 c
frozen green beans
1 c
chopped cabbage
16 oz
medium egg noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large soup pan, cook beef and onion in oil until beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Add next five ingredients, cover and simmer l 1/2 hours. Add next five ingredients, simmer 15 minutes longer. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Add to soup, heat through.
