Ingredients
| 3/4 c | onion diced |
| 3/4 c | celery diced |
| 2 Tbsp | butter |
| 8 c | chicken broth |
| 28 oz | tomato puree can |
| 1/2 tsp | thyme |
| 1 tsp | rosemary |
| 15 oz | cannellini beans 2 cans |
| 2 c | ditalini pasta |
| salt n peper to taste |

Directions
In a stockpot over medium heat, saute onion and celery in butter until onion is transparent.Add broth, tomato puree and seasoning.Simmer over low heat for one hour.Add beans and pasta to soup, heat through.

Taste maybe close (but I put more in it with the other recipe).
I love the red kidney beans in it and the chunks of tomato, and some thin slices of carrots (julienned). Also they use a beef broth instead of ckn broth which I like the taste of, and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
I like oregano & parsley in mine, then I put in some homemade pasta sauce in it too.
They put in Tabasco sauce but I don't..it's optional anyway.
