16-bean mix (or 13 bean or whatever you can find)
rotel diced tomatoes
Soak beans overnight in warm water.
Drain and put into crockpot.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
Add 1 cup water and tomatoes over top.
Cut up sausage into bite-size pieces and place over mixture.
Cook on high until hot then on low for 5 to 6 hours.
