Ingredients: Dough:; 1 cup water, at approximately 110 degrees; 1/4 cup honey; 1 tsp salt; 3 cups bread flour; 1 package rapid-rise yeast; Approximately 1 Tbsp olive oil – for the bowl; Baking Soda Solution:; Approximately 6 cups water; 3 Tbsp baking soda; Salt for sprinkling on pretzels; Spicy Cheese Sauce; 2 Tbsp butter; 2 Tbsp flour; 1 1/2 cups milk; 2 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced; 1 hot pepper, finely minced; 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded; 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded; 1/2 -1 tsp cayenne pepper; salt & pepper to taste; ½ tsp Adobo seasoning (or seasoned salt)
