Susan's Southern Style Pimento Cheese
Homemade pimento cheese always tastes better than store bought. Susan's is well worth the effort.
- 4 c
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - 4 oz jar(s)
- pimentos, drained
- 1 - 3 oz pkg
- cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c
- 1 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
1Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until blended.
2Refrigerate or serve immediately. If not used immediately, refrigerate since it contains mayo and cream cheese.
