In a large bowl, combine popcorn, nuts, coconuts. In a medium sauce pan combine the sugars, corn syrup, coffee and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. pour over popcorn mixture and stir until coated.
Transfer to a large roasting pan, and bake at 250 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until golden brown. stir every 15 minutes. spread onto waxed paper and cool completely. store in an airtight container
** Instead of a large bowl I use a large brown paper bag, after the mixture has cooked I pour it in and stir and shake. Easy clean up
