4 qtpopped popcorn

1 clight brown sugar

1 stickbutter

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspcream of tartar

dashsalt

1/4 clight corn syrup
How To Make caramel corn

1Boil brown sugar, corn syrup and butter for 5 minutes. Add soda, cream of tartar and salt (make sure this is in a large pan since it boils over). Pour over 4 quarts of popped popcorn. Bake in large roaster for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Pour on wax paper to cool.
