3/4 c
granulated sugar
3/4 c
dark brown sugar (packed)
1 c
imperial margarine (softened)
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
large eggs
1 c
semi sweet chocolate morsels
3/4 c
butterscotch morsels
3/4 c
milk chocolate chips
1/2 c
bakers angel flake coconut
1/4 c
finely chopped pecans

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375...350 for dark pans
combine flour, baking soda and salt and set aside
creme butter and sugar then add brown sugar and mix well . Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture gradually until you have it all mixed and cookie dough is smooth.
mix in coconut,pecans and all of the morsels and fold in. Do not overwork or chips will break up.
use tablespoon to drop dough onto cookie sheet (they will spread so leave about 2" between each cookie) and bake for 12-14 minutes or until tops are medium golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes on cookie sheet before removing to wire rack to cool
Tips:Should cookies run together...just cut while fresh out of oven and then allow them to cool and remove as you normally would.They won't be round but will still be very tastey.
You can also spread this dough into cake pans and make bar cookies. If you do this only make dough about 1" thick and bake 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
