- 3 slice
- whole wheat bread
- 1/3 c
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3 clove
- 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder
Remove crust from the bread and cut into 1/2"cubes.
Stir the bread in the oil mixture so all sides are coated.
Place on a baking sheet and bake until browned,about 10 minutes.
Let cool on a rack and serve immediately,or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
