Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine corn bread mixes and brown sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Beat by hand until well blended. Pour into dry ingredients. Stir in the corn and hot dogs. The batter will be quite thin. Fill sprayed muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. These are good to serve with a little maple syrup for dipping.
