- canola oil
- 1 1/2 tsp
- creole seasoning or cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp
- ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 c
- lightly salted party peanuts
1Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2Add seasoning and red pepper. Stir until combined. Stir in peanuts.
3Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until peanuts are evenly coated and hot.
4Cool slightly and serve. These are good served warm or cool.
5Can be stored in a tightly cover container for up to 3 weeks.
