- 2 c
- pecan halves
- 1 c
- 1/3 c
- evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp
- cinnamon, ground
1Combine all ingredients, except pecans, and boil 1 minute
2Remove from heat and add pecans.
3Toss with a fork until they are all coated.
4Spread on waxed paper and let cool.
5When completely cooled, break apart and store in an airtight container.
