Linda's Story

So easy & so tasty. I get this roasted pecan request more frequently than other more complex pecan recipes. And it is so easy.

Ingredients

1 qt
pecan halves
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
milk
1 tsp
water
1 large
egg white
SUCCESS IS THE WHIPPED EGG WHITE. MAKE IT STIFF

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat egg white stiff

Add salt, milk, water, suger to stiff egg white, mix well until well coasted.

Pour into cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 15 mintues.
