dried banana chips
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2Spread coconut in 13" x 9" baking pan, breaking up any clumps as needed. Bake 10 minutes or until edges of coconut begin to brown.
3In small bowl combine, sugar, salt & nutmeg.
4Spread popcorn over coconut & sprinkle with butter; toss. Sprinkle popcorn mixture with spice mixture; toss. Bake 5 minutes longer & toss with banana chips.
5Serve immediately or cool & store in airtight container.
