Clean out your pumpkin and put seeds in a bowl getting rid of the stringy stuff. But do not rinse seeds. Add the butter and oil to a sheet pan, mix it around with your fingers, (Yes! this is the fun part) sprinkle with some Johnny's seasoning salt. Add the Pumpkin seeds. stir them around on the pan so the oil and butter covers them. Sprinkle them again with Johnny's seasoning salt.
Bake at 325 Degrees on center rack for 15 minutes. Cool. Then store in an air tight Container.
