- egg whites
- 1 tsp
- cold water
- 1 c
- brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp
1Beat egg white and water until frothy - not stiff.
2Add peanuts, stir until they are well coated.
3Combine sugar and salt then pour this over the nuts and egg white mixture.
4Bake at 225 on a greased, tinfoil lined cookie sheet.
5Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
