Family Tested & Approved
Using a hand mixer, beat egg whites and water until frothy.
Add pecans and stir, coating nuts well.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl.
Fold sugar mixture into nut mixture until nuts are well coated.
Bake on a buttered cookie sheet at 250 degrees F. for 1 (one) hour. (Stir every 15 minutes.)
Cool completely and store in a tin tightly closed.
