Chocolate Covered Buttery Crackers

- 1/2 lb
- chocolate wafers
- 1 Tbsp
- vegetable shortening
- sleeve buttery crackers (ritz, club, etc)
1Place chocolate wafers and shortening in shallow dish and heat in the microwave for about 3 minutes on half power, or until the wafers melt. Stir until smooth.
2Dip crackers into chocolate and shake off excess. Place on waxed paper until chocolate sets up.
