shredded cheddar cheese (i used a mix of cheddar and monterey jack)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together and form into roll.
Refridgerate for 1 hour. (I rolled the dough up in waxed paper and put it in a plastic bag to keep overnight)
Cut into 1/4" slices or thinner for a crispier cracker. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 9 - 10 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
