- 8 oz
- shredded cheddar cheese (i used a mix of cheddar and monterey jack)
- 1/2 c
- butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- cayenne pepper
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Mix all ingredients together and form into roll.
3Refridgerate for 1 hour. (I rolled the dough up in waxed paper and put it in a plastic bag to keep overnight)
4Cut into 1/4" slices or thinner for a crispier cracker. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5Bake for 9 - 10 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
