No one can resist the crunch of a thick, salty/sweet potato chip. Loaded with chocolate and optional crunchy goodies! Fantastic party food and easy to make too!

Ingredients

  • - 1 bag thick potato chips, (i use ruffles)
  • - 1 bag chocolate chips, melted
  • OPTIONAL
  • - 2 cups chopped peanuts
  • - 1 cup toffee chips

How To Make chocolate dipped potato chips

  • Step 1
    In small mixing bowl, microwave, chocolate chips for 15 second intervals until just beginning to melt. Remove, stir and set aside for a few minutes – stir again and if not melted, microwave again for 10 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Holding by one end, dip half of each potato chip in melted chocolate.
  • Step 3
    Optionally, you then dip into the crushed peanuts and toffee chips.
  • Step 4
    Set on waxed paper to cool until chocolate is hardened.
