1Place cheese in a thin layer on parchment paper
2Microwave on high for 1 minute
3While cheese is flexable with parchment paper still attached, bend the cheese over a round object (to give it a shape)
4When cheese is cooled pull paper. And you have a no carb taco shell.
5You could make smaller version of shells to serve as chips
