Yummy Creamed Onions

- 1/2-1 lb
- boiling onions (however many you want to cook)
- matchstick carrots
- 1 can(s)
- cream of onion soup
- 3/4 c
- finely shredded cheese of your choice
1clean and boil onions. when onions are just about tender, throw in a handful of matchstick carrots, or however many you want, and finish boiling until tender.
2drain. put back in pan and add onion soup, milk and a handful or more cheese. cook and stir on low until heated through. put in serving dish.
