This Yogurt and Cucumber is very good for afternoon snack.

Ingredients

1-2 large
cucumber
2 oz
yogurt, low-fat, plain
1 dash(es)
salt and pepper
1 dash(es)
mixed herbs, dried
1 dash(es)
dry rose flower
1 bunch
mint, fresh
1 small
radish - for decoration

Step-By-Step

1Wash cucumber(s) and slice it in 1/4" thick.
Leave the yogurt on pc of napkin or paper towel to drain the extra water, (thickened). After 5 minutes you can add the herbs.

2Mix Yogurt with your choice of dried herbs, salt and pepper.

3Put small amount of mixed Yogurt on each slice of Cucumber and place them on serving plate.

4Decorate each slice with dried herbs, or dry rose flower (eatable) or fresh small leaf of mint. And around the plate you can design with fresh herbs' leaf or Radish.
