Ingredients

2 lb
(6 cups) yellow squash, sliced
1/4 c
chopped onions
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
sour cream
1 c
shredded carrots
1 pkg
(8 oz) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c
butter, or margarine

Step-By-Step

1COOK SQUASH AND ONION IN BOILING SALTED WATER FOR 5 MINUTES; DRAIN. MIX SOUP AND SOUR CREAM. STIR IN THE CARROTS; FOLD IN SQUASH AND ONION.

2COMBINE STUFFING MIX AND BUTTER. SPREAD HALF THE MIXTURE IN A LIGHTLY BUTTERED 12X7 BAKING DISH;

3SPOON VEGETABLE MIXTURE OVER STUFFING.SPRINKLE REMAINING STUFFING MIXTURE STUFFING MIXTURE OVER THE VEGETABLES.

4BAKE IN PREHEATED 350* OVEN FOR 25-30 MINUTES, UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY!! ENJOY....
