Certainly not a health food casserole, by oh my is it sooo good.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
2 can(s)
shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 c
finely diced onion
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
chopped pimento
1 c
grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 can(s)
french style green beans, drained

TOPPING

1
stick of butter, melted
1
sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
1 c
slivered almonds, toasted

Step-By-Step

1Mix drained corn and green beans and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

2Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top of the casserole and then drizzle with butter.

3Bake at 375-degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle almonds over casserole. Reduce heat to 300-degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
