If you wish, brown ground beef or chicken and add to veggies.

Ingredients

mixed vegetables
1/2 c
chopped onion
3/4 c
butter, melted
3/4 c
sour cream
1 c
chopped celery
3/4 c
mayonnaise
1 c
grated cheddar cheese

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c
buttery cracker crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine mixed vegetables with remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.

Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and crackers.

Bake in a 325 oven for 30 minutes.
